A spokesperson from the Department of Defence was unable to comment to Daily Mail Australia as to whether the woman was a member.

The woman was found dead in a room on the 10th floor of the building in Melbourne about 8am on Sunday but police say they are not treating her death as suspicious.

Homicide detectives say she was wearing a black long-sleeved top, blue denim shorts and white running shoes.

One of the men reportedly found the deceased woman in the shower.

When questioned by a reporter as to how the woman died, one man believed to be part of the buck's party responded: 'dunno, you'll have to ask the police'.

Officers are still investigating and say further reports are expected to assist with her cause of death.

Two of the men who attended the buck's party claimed they thought they had been 'stitched up'.
